Our words are powerful. Words are like knives, they can slice a person up and leave them for dead. But they also can empower people to be all they can be. I invite you to use your words to share your abuse story to help other women who may be in a situation and need to get out. My story has helped women to make the decision to get out of an abusive relationship and to stand up and protect themselves.
